JOB ROLL- 💳 Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) - SBI Card
The Branch Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets for SBI Card products (Credit Cards) within an assigned territory or partner branch/channel. The role involves managing customer relationships, lead generation, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new credit card sourcing and cross-selling other financial products (e.g., insurance).
Lead Generation: Source new card applications through various channels, including direct sales, referrals from partner bank branches (Banca channel), Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and connectors.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers/clients, understand their financial needs, and effectively pitch suitable SBI Card products.
Sales Conversion: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure smooth processing and documentation of credit card applications from lead generation to dispatch/activation.
Partner Relationship: Build and maintain a strong professional relationship with the staff and managers of the associated bank branch (SBI) or other channel partners to maximize referrals and support for card sales.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing cardholders regarding new applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
KYC & Documentation: Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and documentation standards are met for every application, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
Process Adherence: Adhere strictly to all internal policies, business guidelines, and regulatory norms related to card sales and financial services.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports (MIS) to the Area/Unit Manager.
Collaborate with the credit and operations teams for timely processing and approval of applications.
Participate in team meetings, training, and sales initiatives.
CategoryDetailsEducationBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Graduation is typically preferred).Experience0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card industry. Freshers may also be considered based on organizational need.Key SkillsStrong Selling/Convincing Skills and Negotiation Skills to close deals.Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written, local language proficiency is often required).Customer Focus and Relationship Building Ability.High Result Orientation and ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales processes/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
