Branch Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Branch Operations:

• Overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, and maintaining a productive work environment. 

• Developing Business Strategies:

• Creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, attract new clients, and expand the branch's market share. 

• Sales and Marketing:

• Leading sales teams, developing sales targets, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. 

• Client Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with investment advice, and ensuring their satisfaction. 

• Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensuring that all branch operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, and mitigating potential risks. 

• Team Management and Development:

• Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales executives, dealers, and support staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing training. 

• Financial Management:
