JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Branch Relationship Officer – Bancassurance

Location: CHENNAI Salary: ₹2.5–4.5 LPA | Type: Full-Time

• Role:Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by engaging walk-in customers and leads from branch staff. Maintain strong relationships with bank employees and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products to new & existing customers.

• Achieve NOP, FYP, persistency & zero-complaint targets.

• Resolve customer issues within TAT.

• Train & support branch staff on product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Graduate (or equivalent).

• Strong communication & relationship skills.

• Local candidate, local language a must.

Two-wheeler mandatory, willing to travel.
