Role Overview

Belstar Microfinance Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Executive to join our Gold Loan Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting gold loan products, managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless loan processing, and contributing to business growth while upholding service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs.

Promote and explain gold loan products to prospective customers.

Drive business growth by generating leads, following up effectively, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Ensure proper documentation, KYC verification, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions in a professional manner.

Cross-sell other financial products offered by the company.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan processes.

Collaborate with the branch team to meet overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales (experience in financial services or gold loan sector preferred).

Age: Up to 34 years.

Gender: Male (as per role requirement).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Good knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
