Bancassurance Manager - Life Insurance
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Bancassurance Manager to lead and drive the
Bancassurance channel for our life insurance products. The successful candidate will be
responsible for building and managing relationships with partner banks, driving sales through
the bancassurance channel, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This role
requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of life insurance products, strong
leadership skills, and a proven track record in successfully managing bancassurance
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Bancassurance Partnership:
● Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effective
collaboration.
● Drive the implementation of bancassurance strategies to achieve business
objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
● Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
● Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.
Training and Development:
● Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance
products.
● Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales
effectiveness.
Market Analysis:
● Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
● Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance
channel.
Compliance and Documentation:
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related
activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
● Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
