Experience: 5 to 10 years in Insurance Broking / General Insurance, with relevant experience in
managing a branch or business unit.
•Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations, business development, and revenue growth.
- Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and achievement of branch targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
- Oversee client servicing, renewals, operational processes, and timely resolution of escalations.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.
- Monitor MIS, business performance, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.
