Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Undergraduates may also apply

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Result must be available)

Experience

• 6 months to 8 years

• Experience in outbound calling or tele-sales preferred

Gender

• Male / Female (Both can apply)

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

• Experience in Outbound Telecalling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation

• Ability to handle customer interactions confidently

• Prior exposure to outbound calling processes is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Generate and qualify leads

• Provide accurate information about courses/services

• Maintain call records and follow-up details

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Compensation

• Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand per month)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
