Solve LegalX (A unit of Solve Axis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing Business Acquisition / Sales Team.
📍 Location: Tagore Park, Kolkata
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
🎯 Experience: 06 Month –3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
🔹 About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our legal and compliance services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Make Inbound & outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant services
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in CRM
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team targets
• Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance improvement activities
🔹 Requirements
• 06 Months –3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-up and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience will be an advantage
