The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers.
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good computer literacy and experience using CRM or calling software.
