We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Lead Follow-Up & Sales Coordination Executive to manage incoming ad leads, handle follow-up calls, coordinate meetings/site visits, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and ad-generated leads (Meta, Google, website, WhatsApp)Make regular follow-up calls and maintain lead statusQualify leads based on budget, location, and project timelineSchedule site visits, meetings, and consultationsCoordinate between clients, sales team, and managementMaintain and update lead data in Excel / CRMShare daily and weekly follow-up reportsEnsure professional communication and customer experienceSupport basic administrative and call management tasks
