Job Description

DOMESTIC BPO EXECUTIVE – HIRING

  • Job Role: Customer Support Executive

  • Process: (Inbound / Outbound)
    Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

  • Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹25,000 (In-hand)

  • Qualification: HSC or Graduate


Shift: Day Shift

Week Off: 1 Rotational

Location: Thane

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls

  • Assist customers with basic queries

  • Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
