• Work: Call and convert leads provided by RI Finserve into loan customers

• Stipend: ₹3,500 per month (Fixed)

• Incentive: 0.25% of the successfully disbursed loan amount per sale

💡 Example:
Loan Disbursed = ₹2,00,000
Your Incentive = ₹500 (0.25% of ₹2,00,000)

📝 Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Contact Potential Customers

   • Call leads provided by RI Finserve and explain loan products and services.

2. Understand Customer Needs

   • Identify financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.

3. Follow Up on Leads

   • Maintain follow-up with prospects to ensure timely conversion.

4. Coordinate with Team

   • Work with internal sales/support teams to process loan applications.

5. Maintain Records

   • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

6. Achieve Targets

   • Meet or exceed monthly conversion goals to maximize incentives.

7. Build Relationships

   • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term trust.

8. Stay Informed

   • Learn and stay updated about loan products and company offerings.
