Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers / Academic Counsellors to join our team. The role involves connecting with students and parents, guiding them for NEET UG Counselling, MBBS Abroad, and other admission services, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities

Telecalling Role:

Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data
Explain services related to NEET, MBBS Abroad, and career counselling
Generate interest and schedule counselling sessions
Follow up on leads regularly
Maintain proper call records in CRM
Guide students on course selection, colleges, and career options
Provide detailed information about admission processes
Handle walk-ins and online counselling sessions
Convert inquiries into admissions/business
Build trust and long-term relationships with students & parents

Requirements

Good communication skills (English)
Confident and convincing personality
Basic knowledge of education/counselling (preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)R
