HDFC Life mein *Financial Advisor / Insurance Advisor* ki job hoti hai jo full-time ya part-time dono tarah se kar sakte ho.

*Kaise kaam karta hai:*

*1. Role kya hai:*

- HDFC Life ke term plan, ULIP, pension plan jaise products customers ko samjhana aur sell karna

- Clients ko unki need ke hisaab se best plan suggest karna

- Policy ke baad service aur renewal mein help karna

*2. Timing & Flexibility:*

- *Part-time bilkul allowed hai* – students, housewives, job wale log bhi karte hain

- Koi fixed 9-5 nahi. Apne hisaab se client se milo, call karo

- Weekend ya shaam ko bhi kaam kar sakte ho

*3. Income:*

- Salary nahi, *commission based* hota hai

- Har policy pe 15% se 40% tak commission milta hai

- Jitni zyada policy, utni earning. Top advisors ₹50k-2L/month tak kama lete hain

- Renewal pe bhi har saal commission aata rehta hai

*4. Qualification:*

- 12th pass minimum

- 18+ age

- IRDAI ka 15-25 hours ka training + exam clear karna padta hai. HDFC Life free mein karwata hai
