Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from drivers interested in joining the company.
Explain company services, driver benefits, and onboarding processes.
Convert interested drivers into successful onboardings.
Assist drivers with registration and documentation.
Follow up with potential drivers to complete the acquisition process.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily call records and achieve acquisition targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Telecalling or sales experience preferred.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
