Job Description

We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, customer co-ordination, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls.
Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is atleast 6 months of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Requirements

-Good communication skills in Hindi & English

-Telecalling / customer handling experience preferred
