URGENT HIRING - TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Virar. This role involves responsibility for managing a team of customer service representatives or agents to ensure high-quality service delivery, productivity, and achievement of process targets. The role includes team supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, reporting, and client/customer satisfaction management. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of customer support / sales / technical support agents.

• Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and one-on-one meetings.

• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and communication skills.

• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.

• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and HR teams for team development.

• Drive employee engagement and motivation activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
