Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for our Domestic process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance, ensuring quality service delivery, and meeting operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer support executives

• Ensure team meets daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Monitor calls, productivity, quality scores, and adherence

• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues

• Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

• Prepare and share reports with management

• Maintain compliance with company policies and process guidelines

• Support training and onboarding of new team members

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: PUC / Any Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience (Domestic process preferred)

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills

• Leadership Skills: Strong people management and problem-solving abilities
