We are looking for a BPO Team Leader to join our team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Tele calling executives.
Monitor daily performance and productivity.
Conduct coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare performance reports and MIS as required.
Drive team motivation and target achievement.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage team performance and meet KPIs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience in Team handling. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
