Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as conversion ratios and productivity.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales tactics and marketing plans to drive business growth.

Compliance:

Ensure all applications adhere to KYC/AML rules and internal company policies.

Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments like credit, operations, and risk to ensure smooth loan processing
