We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for our Sales Process. Looking for a candidate with strong team handling skills, sales experience, and the ability to drive performance.

Position Details

Role: Team Leader – Sales Process
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC to ₹30,000 CTC (Fixed Salary) + Attractive Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Team Leader in Sales Process
Location: Sector - 63 Noida
Shift: 10am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage a team of sales executives/advisors
Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets
Motivate and guide the team for better productivity
Conduct daily briefing, feedback, and performance tracking
Ensure quality communication and process adherence
Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Ability to manage pressure and team productivity
Basic knowledge of reporting and team management
