Job Description :

As a Banca Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products through our partnered banking channels. You will work closely with bank staff to drive sales, support product training, and implement marketing strategies to meet our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to drive life insurance sales.

• Coordinate with bank staff to implement sales strategies and training programs.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and product training sessions with bank staff.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.

• Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

• Work with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the banca channel.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank staff.

• Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends.

• Willingness to travel as required.

To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained daily.

Criteria for Candidate

Candidate having experience in life insurance Min 1 to 4 years in Direct Channel or Agency Channel and candidate comfortable working for field Sales.

Must have Area Knowledge and Must have a 2 Wheeler.

Must be a Graduate.( No diploma)

Must have knowlege of Life Insurance Sales and BFSI Industry.
