Responsibilities:
▪️ Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
▪️ Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
▪️ Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
▪️ Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
▪️ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
▪️ Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
✔️ Requirements:
▪️ Full-time Graduation Degree (Mandatory).
▪️ Age up to 30 years (preferable).
▪️ Willing to do field sales.
▪️ Local candidates with strong social networks.
▪️ Two-wheeler is a must.
▪️ Good communication skills and presentability.
▪️ Preferably from an insurance background (Life/General/Health) with bancaassurance experience.
▪️ Must have minimum 1 to 3 years of bancaassurance experience.
