Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

  • Prepare and send quotations.

  • Follow up for order confirmation and payment status.

  • Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams.

  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills Required:

  1. Good communication and negotiation skills.

  2. Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

  3. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

  1. Graduate in any discipline.

  2. 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Customer Support (Manufacturing preferred).
