Job Description

Job Profile -Back-office Sales -Highly motivated pharmaceutical sales professional with expertise in back-end sales, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth of pharmaceutical products through effective relationship management with healthcare professionals and institutions

• Achieve sales targets and expand product portfolio

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

• Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders

Main Tasks:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity

• Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

Performance Expectations:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

• Expand product portfolio and increase market share

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and market understanding

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Pharmaceuticals

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in back-end sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and market trends

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

• Analytical and strategic thinking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales processes and procedures

Education:
