Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Back Office Executive for our Loan Department in a DSA setup. The role involves handling documentation, data entry, coordination with banks and customers, and ensuring smooth processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer documents, verify and update them in the system.
Assist in loan application processing for Business Loan / Home Loan (as applicable).
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for file status and queries.
Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and daily trackers.
Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and documentation work.
Follow up with customers for pending documents or signatures.
Support the sales team with backend processing and information.
Ensure timely submission and smooth disbursement of loan files.
