We are looking for a ••Back Office E commerce Specialist•• in Kolkata to support the

smooth operation of our online store and ensure that back-end tasks are efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily administrative tasks related to the e-commerce platform, including order processing, tracking shipments, co ordination with the designers and handling returns.

- Maintain product listings, update inventory, and ensure accurate data entry for all SKUs.

- Coordinate with the customer service team to handle inquiries and resolve issues related to

orders, payments, and deliveries.

- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve

internal processes and streamline workflow. - Assist in implementing promotional campaigns

and discounts on the website.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce back office or similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with e-commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

- Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus.
