Job Opening: Back Office Executive

Education: Graduation (Any discipline)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Key Responsibilities :

Consult clients on selling their property quickly and at the best value
Support clients throughout the negotiation process
Promote realtor services through local marketing and networking
Maintain and regularly update property listings
Handle client queries related to contracts and terms of sale
Post properties on property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, etc.)
Manage leads, follow-ups, and lead calling

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Strong convincing and persuasion abilities
Effective negotiation and coordination skills
Basic understanding of real estate processes
Basic knowledge of CRM portals and lead generation
