we are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales manager & sales executive to join our automobile agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to the customers.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.

2. Plan monthly / quarterly sales forecasts and monitor performance.

••Team Management

1. Train and supervise the sales team.

2. Set sales targets for team members and monitor daily performance.

3. Conduct regular sales meetings and motivational sessions.

••Customer Relationship Management

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

2. Resolve customer complains and support the team in handling objections.

3. Maintain long-term relationship with key clients and fleet buyers.

••Experience

1. Candidate should have 1-2 years experience in automobile sales industry.

2. Candidate should have excellent communication skills to entertain the customer towards sales.
