Attend customers in showroom
• Gets accessory order confirmation from customers
• Punching of the same in edms to generate request
• Coordinates with accounts in case when car invoiced and countersale needs to be done.
• Follow up with un delivered and delivered customers
• As per instructions make accessories list customer wise as per price given.
• Coordinates daily with delivery dept and rto dept for car arrival updates
• As per update distributes respective accessories to technicians
• Coordinates with external installers in case of films adhesive accessory to get fitment done.
• Coordinates with antirust dept, fills /stamps warranty card &file the same for warranty claim.
• Coordinates with accounts in case of counter sale ,gets cash receipt
• Coordinates with sales consultants in case accessory order altered
• On car arrival to showroom, inspects all accessories present as per request.
• Makes car ready 3 days prior to delivery with the help delivery schedule.
2) Developing and Maintaining Relationship:
• Developing and maintaining good relationship and rapport with all the employees.
• Immediate resolution of customer’s complaints, dissatisfaction and grievances for internal healthy work environment and harmony amongst the employees.
• Observe discipline, Follow flowchart and all the processes religiously.
3) Adherence to SOP
Adherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas
• Maintain cleanliness and Hygienic condition, healthy environment in the workplace.
• Highest staff satisfaction in terms of workload and working environment by proper manpower utilization.
• Accuracy in attendance, maintaining records, formalities, etc.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per the format.
