1. Customer Handling & Relationship Management

Greet and assist walk-in and online customers.

Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.

🚙 2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicle models, variants, features, pricing, and competitors.

Explain technical specifications in simple terms.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Stay updated on new launches (e.g., latest models from brands like Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, or Tata Motors).

💼 3. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.

Promote add-on products such as insurance, extended warranties, and accessories.

📄 4. Documentation & Process Management

Assist customers with paperwork (booking forms, financing documents, KYC).

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for vehicle loans.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

Update CRM systems with accurate customer data.

📊 5. Market Research & Reporting

Monitor competitor pricing and schemes.

Collect customer feedback.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

🤝 6. Coordination & Teamwork

Work closely with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

Coordinate vehicle availability and delivery timelines.

Ensure smooth vehicle handover and customer satisfaction.
