Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executive with proven experience in direct sales and automobile sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer relationship skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through direct customer interactions and field sales activities.
Promote and sell passenger and commercial vehicles as per customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new automobile products.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales.
Prior experience in automobile/car sales is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in car sales and customer acquisition.
Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
