Automobile Sales Executive

A Sales Consultant at Audi Mumbai West needs to have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with deep product knowledge, to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and close high-value transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Educate and empower customers to discover the perfect car for their needs, respond to inquiries efficiently, and organize appointments for test drives and demonstrations. 

• Sales and Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-value transactions and achieve monthly sales targets. 

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for luxury automobiles. 

• Lead Management: Nurture leads through follow-ups and maintain thorough records of customer interactions. 

• CRM System: Maintain and enhance the CRM system to track customer data and interactions. 

• Market Research: Research competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies. 

• Reporting: Craft sales reports, presentations, and proposals. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deep understanding of Audi products and services

• Passion for luxury automobiles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Experience in a similar role is preferred
