Position: Admin Executive / Admin Staff
Location: Rithala Rohini, New Delhi
Work on the company’s official software / DMS for daily service center operations
Handle data entry and record maintenance related to service job cards
Assign spare parts to bikes as per job cards and service requirements
Handle insurance claim process for accidental bikes, including:
Coordination with insurance companies
Uploading and managing required documents
Follow-up on claim approvals and settlements
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop staff, and Parts Department
Maintain parts inward and outward entries and basic stock coordination
Prepare service reports, MIS, and documentation as per company standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and service processes
Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on experience)
Basic to good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Email, and company software
Experience in a two-wheeler service center preferred
Basic understanding of motor insurance claim procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Accuracy in data handling and documentation
1–3 years of experience in an automobile service center preferred
