Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, build rapport, and provide tailored automotive solutions.

  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and warranties; stay updated on inventory, new models, and market trends.

  • Sales Process: Conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, arrange financing, close deals, and process paperwork.

  • Lead & Relationship Management: Maintain customer database, follow up with prospects and new owners, and generate referrals.

  • Dealership Operations: Collaborate with finance/service teams, participate in promotions, and attend training. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, time management, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge: Strong product knowledge, understanding of financing, CRM software proficiency, and market awareness.

  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive; high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

  • Traits: Friendly, outgoing, confident, driven, persistent, and customer-focused.
