Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, build rapport, and provide tailored automotive solutions.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and warranties; stay updated on inventory, new models, and market trends.
Sales Process: Conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, arrange financing, close deals, and process paperwork.
Lead & Relationship Management: Maintain customer database, follow up with prospects and new owners, and generate referrals.
Dealership Operations: Collaborate with finance/service teams, participate in promotions, and attend training.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, time management, and presentation skills.
Knowledge: Strong product knowledge, understanding of financing, CRM software proficiency, and market awareness.
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive; high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
