We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Customer Retention Executive for our Health Insurance CRT team. The role involves engaging with existing customers, handling renewal calls, addressing objections, and ensuring policy retention and revenue growth.
Candidates with prior experience in health insurance sales, renewal sales, tele-calling, or retention process will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers for policy renewals
Explain policy benefits, coverage upgrades, and add-ons
Handle objections and negotiate to retain customers
Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Eligibility Criteria
0 - 3 years experience in:
Health Insurance Sales
US Healthcare staffing
Renewal / Retention process
Telesales / Outbound Sales
BFSI sales background
Strong communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Candidates
Good fluency in english language
Ready to work for 6 days in a week with rotational off
Enthusiastic mindset in facing the challenges with the fast - pace environment.
