Sales Conversion: Convert provided leads into successful insurance sales over the phone.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets (ANP/case counts).
Lead Management: Handle high call volumes, maintain follow-ups, and update CRM with lead/sales details.
Compliance: Ensure all sales adhere to IRDAI regulations
