Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing departmental activities.

Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet business requirements.
Support employee training, coaching, and performance development.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or operational issues, as applicable.
Contribute to business planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
