Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
