The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is at the heart of Huron’s growth engine—driving consistency, quality, and impact across our global sales efforts. • We are looking for an Associate Manager – Proposal & Pursuit Excellence to lead our India-based RFx/proposal support team and play a key role in shaping high-impact pursuits across geographies. • This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business development, global collaboration, and innovation, with direct exposure to leadership and a strong influence on how we win in the market. What You will Do • Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team: Manage and grow a dynamic, multi-layered team, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning. • Drive High-Impact Pursuits: Oversee end-to-end support for RFPs, proposals, and presentations—contributing directly to strategic opportunities and business wins. • Collaborate Globally: Partner with U.S. and international stakeholders, gaining exposure to diverse markets, industries, and leadership styles. • Shape Scalable Solutions: Strengthen processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of delivery. • Leverage AI & Innovation: Be part of Huron’s journey to integrate AI into pursuit and content workflows, driving smarter and faster ways of working. • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage capacity, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
