Are you someone who wants to understand how a business is actually built, marketed, sold
and scaled?
CoGrow is a fast-growing coworking venture with an ambitious pan-India vision, and we are
looking for smart, energetic and driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a routine internship where your job is limited to posting on social media or making
calls.
You will get hands-on exposure to the complete business cycle — from onboarding facility
partners and creating demand to filling spaces, managing the brand, executing sales and
understanding how a growing venture operates.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
1. Business Development & Sales
● Handle and follow up on coworking space inquiries.
● Understand client requirements and match them with suitable spaces.
● Participate in sales calls, meetings and negotiations.
● Maintain lead trackers and sales pipelines.
● Follow up with prospects until closure.
● Understand how occupancy and revenue are driven in a coworking business.
