We are hiring a smart, articulate, and execution-focused Assistant Business Development Manager to accelerate client onboarding and drive internal growth strategies. This is not a field role—you will work in-house, directly with the Founders, CA partners, and the backend team to convert qualified leads into loyal clients.
You’ll represent professional services like Income Tax, GST, Audit, Licensing, and Regulatory Filings, and assist in streamlining sales ops and client touchpoints with zero compromise on service experience.
Handle qualified inbound leads from digital, telecalling, and referrals.
Convert prospects by communicating clear value of tax & compliance services.
Assist in proposal drafting, onboarding documentation, and service briefing.
Coordinate internally with accounts, audit, and filing teams to track execution.
Monitor CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting for assigned clients.
Track service performance feedback and suggest improvements.
Report daily to the BDM/Founder on pipeline, closures, and market responses.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
2–4 years of inside sales, client coordination, or BDM support experience.
Strong understanding of CA firm services—especially compliance, audit, and tax.
Proficient in written & spoken English with confidence in client interactions.
Working knowledge of CRMs, email tools, and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with an ownership mindset.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in CA firms, legal, or consulting setups.
