Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Agency Development Manager - Channel Sales to drive Channel sales, candidate onboarding, and regional business growth for the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to manage business operations and customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSubscription Sales & Revenue Growth
Promote and sell Vryfide subscription plans and career solutions
Drive revenue generation through candidate onboarding and subscription conversions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and regional sales targets
Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to maximize growth
Candidate Onboarding & Engagement
Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
Explain platform benefits, AI-powered tools, and career services
Maintain strong follow-up and candidate engagement processes
Ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience
Area & Team Management
Manage sales activities within the assigned territory or region
Lead, guide, and support sales executives and onboarding teams
Monitor regional performance and improve sales productivity
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach
Identify new business opportunities and regional growth strategies
Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring partners
Support employer onboarding and marketplace growth initiatives
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Resolve customer concerns and maintain long-term professional relationships
Maintain accurate sales and onboarding records
Key Requirements
3–8+ years of experience in Sales, Subscription Sales, Business Development, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or Recruitment Industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Experience in regional sales management preferred
