Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking motivated and energetic Agency Development Managers to join our growing team. This role focuses on building a strong network of insurance advisors and driving consistent business growth through leadership, mentoring, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source, recruit, and onboard qualified insurance agents through field visits, references, and local networks.
Deliver structured training on insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer handling.
Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to ensure agent effectiveness and motivation.
Monitor agent KPIs, drive productivity, and support agents in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and execute local business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.
Organize performance reviews, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives to enhance engagement.
Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and claims support.
Maintain healthy agent relationships to reduce attrition and ensure long-term growth.
