Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) – Max Life Insurance

We are hiring Associate Agency Development Managers for Max Life Insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors.

Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.

Generate business through the agency channel.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Eligibility:
