Associate Agency Business Manager – Job Description
The Associate Agency Business Manager (AABM) is responsible for supporting the agency team in building a strong distribution network and driving business growth. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and motivating Business Associates and advisors to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Business Associates and advisors to expand the agency network.
Guide new recruits through induction, training, and early activation.
Drive sales performance by supporting Business Associates in meeting monthly and annual business goals.
Provide coaching and training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with Business Associates and advisors to maintain motivation and productivity.
Monitor performance dashboards, analyze results, and take corrective actions when needed.
Ensure smooth operations by supporting documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or BFSI sector
