We are looking for dynamic and energetic professionals for the role of Associate / Sr. Associate – Health Insurance Tele Sales at our Gurgaon office.
📌 Languages: English + Kannada / Marathi (Any one is Mandatory)
💼 Position Details
-Role: Insurance Advisor – Tele Sales
-Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (Work from Office)
-CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA + Incentives
-Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)
-Shift Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📌 Key Responsibilities
-Outbound calling to promote & sell health insurance plans
-Understand customer needs & suggest suitable solutions
-Clearly explain policy benefits & terms
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-Maintain CRM records & handle customer queries professionally
📌 Requirements
-Graduate with excellent English communication skills
-Experience: 6 months–1 year in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred
-Freshers with strong communication & persuasion skills are welcome
-Must be energetic, target-oriented, and confident
-Strong persuasion, interpersonal & negotiation skills
