Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition : Convert leads through calls, site visits, and meetings. Leads come from company CRM and self-generation
- Project Advisory: Understand client requirements and suggest the best options from Square Yards’ empaneled projects. Handle projects from developers like K Raheja, Lodha, Godrej
- Site Visits & Negotiation: Coordinate site visits with clients and help negotiate rates with developers
- End-to-End Deal Closure: Assist clients through the entire process from booking form to loan, agreement, and registration
- Market Intelligence: Maintain complete knowledge of micro-markets, pricing, and new launches
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and unit sales targets
- CRM Updation: Update all client interactions, follow-ups, and site visits on Leadsquared/Salesforce
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Experience: 6 month - 5 years.
- Skills:
1. Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Hindi + English
2. Target-driven and street-smart approach
3. Basic Excel, CRM handling
