Key Responsibilities

Generate sales for plots, villas, and residential projects
Manage and expand Channel Partner (Broker) network
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
Develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain strong relationships with investors and clients
Ensure proper follow-ups and conversion of leads
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports (DSR)
