Job Description

We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at at Smarthome Solutions India Private Limited's brand FASHIONY - Fine Jewellery. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team handling and floor supervision
Customer handling and complaint resolution
Target‑driven selling and upselling
Jewellery/product knowledge (metals, stones, pricing logic)
Billing and basic Excel/CRM handling
Visual merchandising and display upkeep
Training and coaching junior sales staff
Inventory and stock‑count discipline
Communication skills (clear Hindi + workable English)
SOP discipline: opening/closing, cash, safety, audits

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
